Isangqa/Sirkelpad is ‘n nuwe verhoogstuk gebasseer op die verhale van Racheltjie De Beer and Klara Majola. Isangqa/Sirkelpad is tweetalig (10% IsiXhosa, 90% Afrikaans) en gepas vir 10 jariges – volwassenes. Kom reis deur die landskap van Afrika asook ‘n geesteslandskap terwyl maskers, en skaduwees lewendig word met poppespel en gehoorinteraksie!

Based on an old campfire story, the Oopkop Ko-op Company presents a new work entitled Isangqa/Sirkelpad, which re-tells the story of Racheltjie De Beer and Klara Majola. Isangqa/Sirkelpad is bilingual (10% isiXhosa and 90% AFrikaans) and suitable for 10 years and upwards. Come journey through the landscape of Africa and the landscape of the spirit world. It is a journey through time, space and memory where masks, puppets and animation come alive to show us we are never alone, not even in our darkest hour.
