Develop your coordination capacities, and discover the capabilities and limitations of your own body and the infinite possibilities of bodies interacting with each other with the performers of Vecinas. The workshop will focus on flexibility, strength and endurance in floor acrobatics and handstands, as well as postural exercises. Some duo and trio work will be explored.
