- Adolf en Sy Papier Poppe
- Adolf en sy Papier Poppe is a magical story about Opa Adolf, a hard working man who devotes his life to cleaning the streets. With the garbage he collects, he creates beautiful objects, tin flowers, plastic butterflies and paper dolls; Opa Adolf literally transforms junk into beauty and gives life to recycled materials. - Arts for a Sustainable Earth Walk
- This year the Out the Box Festival is going green and has identified Observatory as the green hub of the festival with a focus on environmentally conscious theatre. It has been named the Arts for a Sustainable Earth Platform. - Balancing Act
- "Balancing Act', is an exciting new interactive Edu-story fresh from Durban, by Adi Paxton and award winning director Garth Anderson. Can the audience help young Cindi, 'Kay Roach' and Xeno/Xena to tip the balance for the planet before it's too late? - The Last Man Standing
- The Last Man Standing hails from Kenya, and is the tale of a brave wildebeest called Mara. Mara goes through the most trying moments in her life, ending up as the last carcass - (BONES). The story is told by BONES in 2070; and through a letter written by the Mask in 2010 warning of the pending danger caused by climate change years before the wildebeest were wiped away. The story takes the audience through the life cycle of the wildebeest, and is full of unbelievable events, struggle, bravery, feast, famine, life and death. Read more – ‘The Last Man Standing’.
- The Whale Show
- The wondering whale watchers are characters on a quest to become like whales with hilarious consequences. They swirl the audience into a high-energy comedy adventure juggling to catch food, bubbling under-water music, receiving e-whales from a giant puppet called Wanda.
