This year the Out the Box Festival is going green and has identified Observatory as the green hub of the festival with a focus on environmentally conscious theatre.  It has been named the Arts for a Sustainable Earth Platform.  To celebrate the “kick off” of the festival and to create awareness around environmental issues, a walk will be taking place on 3rd September.

Participants in the walk will include school groups, environmental groups, festival participants i.e puppeteers and puppets, and the local community.

The walk begins at Observatory Junior School and ends at the Observatory Village Green where you will be entertained by Company Crache Larmes’ vibrant clowning performance of “Ubla Dubla Trubla”. A treat for the whole family.
