“Trying” is a multi-media, ensemble based performance piece that investigates the myriad ways we are all “Trying” in life. Whether we find ourselves trying to be in love, trying to make a relationship work, trying to sever or build ties, or just trying to help, “Trying” explores these intimate journeys. With over thirteen performers, ranging in age from ten to sixty-two from across the globe, we use a cacophony of languages, movement and projected images to tell our story.
